Kish tomato and salmon


lecipe!!

03 tomatos
250g salmons
300g cheese
onion
02 eggs
frozen pie seat


01;tomato is cut about 1cm large.
salmon is cut in sip size.
onion is cut fine piece.
02;mix tomato , salmon , onion , 150g cheses and eggs.
put in salt and papper and make taste.
03;the oven is warmed in 200 degrees.
04;the frozen pie seat is spread in the heatproof plate.
05;put 03 in 04.
and covered with 50g cheese
06;05 was burned with the oven about 30minutes.
this is first time that i cooked this.
but i think it succeeded!!
because my friends also ate this one,and everybody said "delicious".

Peperonchino

today i will tesch you how to make Peperonchino!!


lecipe!!

pasta
olieve oil
mushroom
becon
red pepper
salt
pepper garlic
01:cut garlic into fine piece.
02:boil pasta
03:first gril olieve oil,girlic and red pepper with much salt to make taste of this pasta.
04:then put mashroom and bacon in the pan.
05:finaly put pasta in!!and arranged taste with salt and pepper!
i love peperonchino very much!
this is my one of the favorite lecipe!

boiled rice soaked with tea~ochaduke~

today i will show you how to cook original easy boiled toasted rice with hot tea miso taste!!


"YAKIONIGIRI CHADUKE"


recipe
we need ...


rice (one rice ball)
miso(one tablespoon)
suger(one tablespoon)
sake(one tablespoon)
a long variety of welsh onion(about 5cm)
white sesame(what you like)
hot tea(what you like)


01:we make rice ball.
02:we mix miso,suger,sake,welsh onion(which cuted into fine pieces)and white sesame.
03:put special miso on the rice ball!!
and cook on a grilling net until burnt.
04:put rice ball in a rice bowl and poue hot tea into rice bowl.



this ochaduke is so delicious!!
and really japanese taste ,
so many japanese would like it!! i think...
